hey, schmin! I confess to being guilty of not res-hacking my OS much these days as well. Although I still love my registry hacks for usability. My time spent on the pc these days is mostly around unattended installs of windows. If the kids screw something up or get a virus, i just throw in the unattended install cd, all apps/settings/etc are installed w/ no probs.

Hey, on the topic of bitmap fonts, do either of you two know of an app that will convert a ttf to a fon? I did it for plastic once, but I can't find the app I used...

Hi beaker! Glad to hear you're taking care of the kids. Hmm, i know i've used a ttf-fon converter for 16bit win, don't remember if it's a win16 or win32 app though. I'll see what i can dig up, but i'm in a bit of a rush atm. I'll see what i can find.

Anyway, if we have no IRC room, we can just simply all get on at once, then just create a room, should do the trick I'de think, though I was unaware of the ModSpot room going down, my fault for not visiting enough.

Real life just sucks the life out of you ya know? hehe... I get online, check Customize.org, VP, etc... and then usually sign off and watch a movie or something.

I don't customize as much as I used to either, though I do still do it, I just need that little inspiration, which is getting harder and harder to find.

I found some good NEW walls on Customize.org tonight though, and maybe one of them will inspire me to redo my top, as I'm still using the same "Nano" theme from my last shot.

And hey, since you love my font so much, it's Kroeger 05_55, go get it schmin, you'll love it! lol Be sure to put it at size 6 too! hehe

Hey schmin... am i completely missing something obvious? How did you get Firefox's nav bar onto the same row as "File Edit" etc? That extra 20something pixels equals a couple lines of text my lazy butt doesnt have to scroll for ha ha

Wvraith: Right click on the background of the icons (or somewhere around it) and select customize... then drag the nav bar to the same row as file/edit.... Click done and then View/Toolbars/Bookmarks toolbar to hide the empty toolbar. TaDa!
