R's Shelf..

For those of you who are interested in Japanese icons, R's Shelf is back online but a lot of the icons/skins are missing. I remember it having a lot of smooth icons and I guess the webmaster is still moving in so that is a site to keep your eye on. Also, Discover Art Studio has some cute Block Os like icons.
