ReplaceIt - another way to beat WFP.

I made a batch script to make fooling WFP a lot easier. It re[places the files in the sys32, dllcache and i386 dirs with ease. All you do is download ReplaceIt from http://www.netlinkave.com/~myweb/replaceit.zip Extract everything to the folder of your choosing. Put the files to be replaced in the same directory and run rep.bat. You don't have to kill explorer manually, because this program does it for you if you want.

What does that "Process.exe" do?

Hey, it's this-is-me! :) Glad you posted this up man. I was hoping you'de mention it here at VP. As I've told you already, undefined made an app like this too, not sure what the differences between the two are, but regardless, always nice to have options. Good to have you here at VP :)

undefined's version is different because you just drag the file into it instead of moving the files around...

Looks like we've got some of the same ideas, this-is-me ;).

About differences, there's far too many to name (take a look at the insides of both of our scripts).

Red: the process.exe kills explorer if needed.
schminimalischt: No, I don't mind at all.
P.S. anyone: If you need anything else to be added to the script, please let me know. This is "developeware", which means that if anything needs to be done that isn't done already, contact me and I will try to make you happy :)
