How would I go about adding a button to IE toolbar that can toggle between an registry keys' enable disable settings?

How can I add "Add to Restricted Zone" and "Add to Trusted Zone" to the right click of IE?

The link is to a program that will let you add button(s) to IE but you will have to assign a function to the button.

thx for the link I am going to keep looking for now a way to alter the registry so that I can import these changes into other machines..
