Locked out of taskbar properties... (98SE)
Hmm... Although I don't really have a huge problem with this, when I delete my settings menu from my start menu, I can't right-click the taskbar and select the properties... Hm.
Also, anyone know how to delete the help item in that dern startmenu? (Taps on the window and tells WinT to put the smoke down and get in here and help

)
Blackmage, the smoke is out, and I'm here.
First of all, don't delete your settings menu. It will cause you problems as you can already see.

Just rename it, add to it, take options away from it, whatever you want to do, but DON'T delete it!
For the HELP item, while looking at the start menu using Reshacker, simply erase it's line of text. Leave the seperator that's below it alone. But you can delete the help menu without a problem.
To make this extra easy, I'm gonna send you my explorer.exe so that you can open it up with Reshacker, and see exactly how it's done. Then, you'll have no problem at all.
