I saw this at, <a> http://shellcity.net/. This is one of the most easiest, and coolest tweak sfor 2k and XP. Your desktop is always visable as a transparency - very cool.

tt47 , that app was long time ago shown here, and if you like it that much good for you, but no need to flood the msgbrd for that , and you didn't even post the correct link.
