Lookin' for a floating (on dektop) sound VU-meter

Hi, all there... I'm an italian guy (so forgive my bad American -English)

1st: : my best compliment to you for Virtual Plastic site in general

2nd : first time that I'm logged in...

and now to business... anybody knows if exist a Desktop floating VU-meter (analog or digital doesn't make any difference to me)? Just a simple,clean, neat graphic applet , not overstuffed with tons of inevitably bugged Megabytes.....

I've tryed hard to find it on the Web, but I prefer to spare you botherig
