Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows of a tweak or something that can change the size of the explorer icons in list or details view...

I have 2 images, one from explorer in details view and one from KDE. The one from KDE is how I would like the icons in explorer to look like. If its possible.

Well, you can, I think (messed with it, but don't recall if these were done also), but it will affect small icons at a lot more places and, well, looks ugly. Here browse down to "Shell Small Icon Size".
