App Dock and Hide

Hey, is there a program out there that allows you to dock an app to the side of the screen, and auto-hide it when you take your mouse off of it? To open it up again, just move your mouse to the edge of the screen where you docked it.
Basically it's the same idea as the auto-hide feature on Google Desktop, if anyone can relate, except it would ideally be used for something such as AIM.

Thank you for any help,
Daniel

Thank you!
Nubs is an awesome program, albeit being a little buggy on my comp. It's probably something to do with my .Net framework though, but it's doing what I want, so I'll leave it for now!
