We reported about Shell Object Editor before, lets you add custom (folder) links inside "My computer", control panel, NN and desktop (behaving like the IE "object" there).

Now here's version v2.0, adding:

• Better editing capabilities;
• options to rename, change icon and tooltip;
• option to choose category when adding an item to control panel.

Cool stuff. If I didn't have everything on the desktop, I would use this.
